MAKE YOUR TEACHING METHODS MORE EFFECTIVE

TEACHING METHODOLOGY
Healthy Environment & Acceptance Level

TEACHING METHODOLOGY Generally students are avoiding to answer any questions or to raise their point of view because they felt that if they will be wrong then they will be scolded, mocked or punished by teacher so they remain silent instead of having great thought or different point of view. Thus we should make a healthy friendly environment in the class where the message to students that Nothing is wrong & No one is incorrect.

Being a teacher we want that each and every student will accept our thoughts and learnings at a same time we should also increase our level of acceptance in the class. We should make a friendly atmosphere where any one can say anything either relevant or irrelevant.

How: Students sit in a group of 6-8 around a table or in a circle. Questions or problems should be well explained and understood by each student. Each participant privately makes one or more sketches and passes the sketch to the person on the right when it is finished or when a brief set time has passed.
